Serbian factory for Grundfos

It is against this backdrop that Grundfos Pumps have elected to develop a brand new production facility. In fact work has already begun on the new 25,000 square metre factory site that is 45km from the Serbian capital Belgrade that is expected to be completed by the end of the year.The facility will achieve a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold certificate, which will mean that it will attain very high environmental standards.

Grundfos have already started to produce pumps in Serbia and when the production lines move into the new facility staff numbers are expected to rapidly rise to 350.
